There are a lot of tracking devices on the market and it can be really tough to decide which is right for you! The one thing that I’ve felt is missing from most wearables was the mindfulness component, who cares about counting steps if you’re still mentally distracted and anxious, if you’re not feeling completely amazing body and mind?
