I grew up in the World of theatre and dance, where looks and weight mattered and everyone worked hard and played even harder. Rehearsals, performances, late nights and lack of sleep caused me to become a nervous wreck! Can you relate? I love helping people live better lives. For me that means educating on nutrition, meditation, healthier products and travel with wellness in mind.
